      You can learn a lot if you work with the right people.

      Cons

      -Management does a lot of things out of spite towards employees. -Managers take each other's sides when employees have valid complaints, without making any attempt to investigate the issue or ask employees who were present for an altercation with a manager/foreman. -If you work in the prefab shop and do well, they refuse to transfer you to a jobsite to gain experience for the JATC apprenticeship program. -Managers/Foremen in the prefab shop show favoritism to certain employees based on race/language. -Managers/Foremen exaggerate and fabricate stories to make employees that they don't like look bad without consequence. -Foreman and managers have no interest in training new hires on how to use machines and equipment, which causes safety issues and a decrease in production.

      Great Culture and Work-life balance. Great People and lost of projects. Retirement, Employee Stock is a plus. Benefits are great. Encourages Growth and Learning

      Sometimes you can run into people that do not help you learn and grow.
