      Tons of support from people in the office and from the techs. Many available learning opportunities, just ask. ESOP.

      Cons

      Heavy work load without time adjustments. Projects applied to a single person or team may need more support than available. Lack of communication in the aspects of pandemic issues and project updates.

      It is an employee-owned company so everyone who works on a different project or the same project wants you to be selected because it will benefit the entire company. People are willing to help you grow through the company. And want you to succeed as a team.

      Cons

      It's one of the bigger companies, so sometimes your training or onboard or basic no how around the company get put to the side and getting the project done is more imported.
