      Good place to start out in but difficult to move up within the company.

      Great work environment, decent pay.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get any acknowledgement or feedback as a BIM Modeler, this makes it very difficult to move up within the company or try to learn new things outside of just modeling. The only people who move up are those who are related to management or are close friends with management. Employees are also paid unevenly, some make more than other despite having the same job, position, roles and hours.
