Pros

The pros seem to be that this is a large company that could have position possibilities nationwide. That is an early impression, and have not had the chance to "test" that theory.

Cons

1) The job "interview" was not typical. A Senior Manager, not directly associated with the Project, called and grilled me for 30 minutes and then we negotiated compensation. First impression was they wanted me before they spoke to me, and called as a formality and to discuss compensation. This interview was very casual and seemed rushed. 2) Employee On-Boarding is absolutely laughable. The employees are sent to the job site and are forced to fend for themselves. If it were not for a select few of mindful employees, new folks would be absolutely lost. 3) Most likely this is project specific, but the Leadership "team" are very familiar with each other and are very closed off to any personnel additions to the "team". Seemingly their preference is to do things, the way they have always done it, and not listening to new ideas, that could be potentially beneficial. I am not sure if they are aware of their dismissive behaviors, or if it is intentional out of professional and personal insecurities. Either way, it is difficult for new employees to obtain or maintain high levels of morale. 4) The initial impression of this "team" is: Cold and Closed. They are not open to new people or ideas. For the profession that I do, I would tell people to avoid this company.

DEADLY WORK ENVIRONMENT

Pros

I am blessed to still be alive.

Cons

Never work for this company. They are super shady. They claim to be a culture of care but they are misleading the public. From Foreman’s to Journeymen drinking on the job together during lunch breaks while on the job site. To crews working through lunch breaks just to cut out early. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour and they work you like a slave. I commuted from LA to Victorville, sacrificed 2 personal vehicles and Rosendin refused to pay mileage or per diem. He flat out told me “no, it’s not in our budget.” If you happen to get injured on the job like I did I honestly wish you the best. HR doesn’t care about you. Worker’s Comp is a nightmare. Their clinics and doctors are just as corrupt as they are. Rosendin Safety Director only cared if my leg was broken and said I can’t wait to get you back on site even if your limping .The union reps are compromised. My left foot was severely crushed on a job site because 2 coworkers needing my help wanted to irresponsibly cut corners. Complete lack of competence, pure ignorance, and carelessness because the injury could have been prevented in more than one way. Management only cared if my leg was broken and treated the wrong body part for the remainder of treatment. I suffer from 3 split tendon tears, a crushed tibial artery which no longer pumps blood into my foot, permanent nerve damage. My foot is always purple. I’m always in pain. I can’t even walk on it or bear any weight. I’ve been in crutches since January 13, 2025. I’m permanently disabled now from this injury. They forced me to return to work the following day and never gave me time off to heal or an LOA. I experienced discrimination, harassment, and bullying from micro managers to employees. I was humiliated, laughed at and made fun of by HR, including management and employees. As soon as Ultrasound and CT scan results showed findings they illegally cancelled all future treatments without providing a follow-up appointment to discuss these findings. They illegally refused to provide further medical treatment at the most critical stage in my injury and declined the opportunity to save my foot entirely. I was fired just weeks after which is also illegal. This company is totally ok with leaving me not only without the ability to work again but also the ability to never walk again. Look up all the OSHA Fatalities on this company. I must admit I am lucky to be alive today at least. Rosendin is lying now and saying no one witnessed my injuries. Worker’s Comp has denied my claim saying that I refused to provide my statement when my statement was recorded on a company iPad the day I was injured. This is totally a lie because how would I have gotten examined by their clinic doctors without explaining how I got injured.

Pros

The benefits were pretty good.

Cons

All of management seems to be winging it and has no clear direction that is back with fear based encouragement.
