Pros
Company has many useful resources, tools, information and up to date technology and equipment. Gives lots of classes to teach employees new information on electrical products, computer programs, electrical code and methods & procedures.
Cons
If you are a general foreman managing multiple crews or big jobs, you often don’t get any bonuses for making the company money. Good employees to work with, both in office and field. When they give out years of service awards it doesn’t even reach $500 even if you have been there 15 years. I’ve seen smaller companies give out triple to quadruple the $500 amount when you have been loyal to them
