Great Company! The Worst BIM Department!
Pros
ESOP! Flexibility! Management isn't over your back. Smoke and Vape all day. Play video games and watch youtube all day. Management has no management background or possess the skill to manage. Management is young and has no experience. So you can basically kick back all day and get paid.
Cons
Lacks Management Skills/Education. Family and Friends get promoted and sit at the top. Management plays the smoke and mirrors very well with other departments. What they present we definitely don't implement. Lacks training, but hey they really don't know either. So they can't train. People can sleep, play games, smoke outside, while management sits in there rooms avoiding all employees. The company needs to revamp this department in Phoenix. Starting with the good ol boys in management. Management is put together to protect one another. This type of working environment doesn't exist anywhere else other than a cartoon. No advancement for those who actually work. I'm sure this department has failed repeatedly and the Phoenix department has a bad reputation. Why? No professional experience.
