Pros

Great work atmosphere that allows young people to move up and learn management skills. I worked there for 9 years and enjoyed almost every person I came across.

Cons

The commitment needed, especially during the summer, might be a little overkill. When you get into upper management you may have to answer texts and phone calls from staff a lot of the time.
