- Great group sessions/thorough trainings to connect with other new hires - Dedicated one v one training time - had sessions to pick an area of focus - Training led by former merchants with real, practical experience - Extremely supportive and hands on team - Ongoing learning and development beyond onboarding - Very engaged leadership - VP took the time to meet in person to hear feedback

Coworkers were the best part of the job. The work environment was relatively healthy for a retail job.

Cons

The store was consistently understaffed due to limited payroll from corporate. This made it difficult to manage the long lines and organize the merchandise.
