Pros

Schedule flexibility when you have competent Store Managers

Cons

Too much; - coveted known sexual assaulters and harassers -support documented retailation from upper management -lack of support and safety for women -too cheap to invest in ACTUAL security (had an actual knife pulled on me AND had life threatened by addicts -outsource their HR dept instead having an in-house HR -faulty investigations within HR (actually had to report HR on HR) -support racist staff members -support coercion -break labor lies, and create loopholes to slide by actual titles with misclassifications
