Pros

There are many new Ross stores opening up.

Cons

Ross has many ideas that are great but Ross as a whole has a terrible time following. Up. Ross' DMs have so many things goingon they may never get to some problems are good employees are lost because of this. Ross' promote from within is based on a series o personal development plans are quizzes. Ross is not customer service focused and lacks drive.

Pros

The job is easy, not very much is expected of you

Cons

They pay minimum wage and will only give you a few hours a week. You can get extra hours, but only because everyone calls out constantly.
