Global reach, with opportunities to travel and learn about different cultures. Good benefits and vacation. Some opportunities to be innovative - the organization has been working hard to make itself a better place to work.

Cons

Ineffectual middle management and lacking opportunities to grow within your area of exertise. Most people seem move up by changing departments/job types (for example, from awards coordination to grants management).

Rotary offers its staff a great benefits package, and great work-life balance, as well as promotes staff professional development.

Cons

Only con is that I no longer work at Rotary! As mentioned above it is a great place to work for.
