Rotary is full of people who believe in what they are doing. Working at the headquarters gives a unique opportunity to learn about large non profits

Cons

The work was sometimes tedious and there seemed to be a lot of lack in communication between the individual clubs goals and the actual headquarters making it difficult to feel as if your work was helping
