      Pros

      Small-company feel with large-company impact Growth-driven, but not with negative feedback loops of large staffing conglomerates VERY driven towards making life better for the people they serve.

      Cons

      Flat management structure so a lot of approvals needed for what shouldn't need any approvals. Luckily, upper management is supportive

      A great culture filled with people who are truly engaged

      Pros

      From the moment you walk through the doors (even if virtual) you are welcomed with open arms. Many companies say they have a great culture, but this one truly lives up to what they say. They are adamant about giving their coworkers a voice, allowing them to be heard. That doesn't mean that every idea is put into place, but you have the ability to share and share without judgment.....that is something that is not easy to come by. Everything they do is centered around making a better experience.

      Cons

      Resources can be tight, which can slow down processes implemented. But that is not uncommon.

      Pros

      They love their people - this is a family owned and family feeling organization. 9/80 work schedule for non-managers makes a work week fun and gives people time off that is unlike any other staffing firms out there. They truly love this business and it shows throughout the organization! Offering work/life balance is unheard of this this industry. And that you do create an environment where people can do that - makes us want to give back so much more.

      Cons

      Nothing, I fully enjoyed the team and the company and my time spent here.
