      Pros

      I love working at Roth Staffing because of the people I work with. Everyone is genuinely kind hearted and caring and this is because of the example set by top management. They always strive to do the right thing for all of their employees and to make work life fun.

      Cons

      Roth's promise is 'to create remarkable experiences, every person, every time' so you are always busy and that can be overwhelming at times. However, when you do go out of your way to do so, the response you receive and the feeling you get makes it so worth it that you really don't mind the extra work.
