      Pros

      Very supportive and fun environment. Coworkers and management always have your best interest in mind, and encourage you to grow. The staff is talented, collaborative, and enjoyable to be around.

When it comes to pay, we look intently at salary data and research to try and offer the most competitive pay (and we know our bonus structure is one of the best in the industry). Pay is an extremely sensitive subject. There are two avenues we want to urge you to consider. First, our engagement surveys are absolutely, without a doubt, 100% anonymous. If you need further assurances, contact Lori in the corporate office and she can provide full proof that there is no way we can pinpoint the origin of a comment. We highly encourage you to share any feedback on where certain positions should be in terms of pay rate (perhaps even in certain markets)? The other avenue is to contact Diane in HR. Diane is the most discreet and confidential source for any employee. She discusses sensitive feedback from our employees every single day and never reveals sources.
