      Pros

      It's a great place to work! If you believe in and are aligned to our values of Honesty, Ethics, and Integrity you fit right in. Leadership is caring and I feel like they genuinely are interested in my growth. I imagine anyone who says it's not or "It's the Worse Place to Work" probably lacked one of the above values or maybe they didn't perform to the standard our company holds, that's just my assumption. There is diversity, passion, and top talent here and it's great to be aligned to a company like ours.

      Cons

      When you work for a company voted one of the Best Places to Work the standard is very high and you may get some people who's standards are not in line with that.

      In an industry fraught with high turnover, lack of integrity, and poor commission payouts, Roth Staffing has created a platform that allows for balance and creative thinking. Instead of looking at its Coworkers and Ambassadors as robots and numbers, the company has adapted to the ever changing job climate. Benefits such as flex schedules, community outreach, lucrative bonus programs, and a culture that fosters to growth and maturity of the Coworker is what makes Roth Staffing a truly different kind of company.

      Competitiors have created a nasty image of the Staffing industry. Roth Staffing defies all odds!!!

      This staffing firm is like paradise. You receive training, endless support and you are working in a family oriented and friendly environment! I can only recommend Ultimate and Roth Staffing!
