Pros

Genuinely cares about making life better for everyone! Great name in the industry and in local markets. Best of the best companies to work for. Managers are very approachable and visible. Corporate to field relationship is AMAZING! Great feeling when your boss is the "Example" and your bosses boss in California is one of your biggest cheerleaders! Just check out the ultimate staffing.com website and see for your self. We are different!

Cons

None yet, just keep expanding in the Midwest! Maybe add a technical division.

Pros

Roth Staffing, Ultimate Staffing division whom I work for, has a wonderful caring culture, coupled with a drive, focus and vision that press us to be out best, while allowing all of us to succeed, serve our clients and candidates. We have the ability to directly impact our Client companies business' and our candidates with great job opportunities, all the while making us money to support ourselves and families and give back to our individual communities.

Cons

A constant focus on growth and success means keeping your focus and your teams in focus at all times. Each individual of the team must be on-board, doing their best to meet and exceed the goals. The goals can be lofty, however, without goals, we just stay at the same level. Small teams in each office can be challenging to balance all the work and the growth we want to achieve. It is frustrating working to meet the sales numbers and not achieving them.
