Pros

If you work really hard and stay late every night you just might get a bonus.

Cons

The management doesn't really listen to the staff. They will make you believe they are listening but it's just hot air. They consistently demand more and make you feel poorly if you don't produce at high levels with limited staff and support. There will be no true flexibility in quality of life even though they will tell you in the interview all the Mission, Vision, Value stuff. Don't believe it for a minute. They don't actually practice what they preach.

Pros

Ethical, competent, and caring management. Incredible team spirit. MIS excellent support and imagination. Corporate marketing team with real skill and talent. Truth in communication.

Cons

Like every company the economy caused us to have to let go of talent we didn't want to lose. We are still running lean. If you don't intend to give your job every ounce of your focus and energy and embrace the mission, vision and values of this company you may as well not bother to apply. It is the core of everythng we do and you will stand out like an onion in a bouquet.

Pros

Roth Staffing has truly enabled me to utilize my talents. They position you for success. There is a lot of effort put into hiring very competent and friendly people. Those who are not friendly, ethical or competent don't last very long at the company. A lot of support is provided by the corporate office – more than other businesses in the staffing industry.

Cons

The company runs very lean and there is a lot of expectation placed on every coworker. Only the most efficient and talented survive long term, but I still have never worked for a better organization.
