A company that really cares

Pros

This is a company that really does care, not only about it's clients but also about it's ambassadors and coworkers. The company culture is what brought me to Roth Staffing and what keeps me working here! Work life balance is very important and a reality working with Roth. They also have some of the best tools in the industry! I really do love working for this organization.

Cons

There have not always been the best onboarding tools to set new hires up for success. The company intranet is not the most user friendly.

Pros

In an age in which employers have become very educated about staffing services, and often treat the service as a simple commodity, Roth Staffing Companies makes every effort to buck this unfortunate trend. With a commitment to "making life better for the people we serve", the coworkers of Roth embrace this "Company Purpose" in their every interaction, be it with candidates for employment, temporary employees (fittingly called "Ambassadors"), customers or internal coworkers. Here, the Mission, Vision and Values of the company are not simply words on a framed print in the lobby, or a long-forgotten paragraph on a website. At Roth, the Mission, Vision and Values of the company are truly enlivened every day.

Cons

The only challenge with being so Purpose and Promise-focused, is that the external business world cannot always relate to the many softer and long-lasting positive residual impacts of the operating model. In a world of bottom-line focus, it can be a slower process towards enlightenment. However, once customers, coworkers and Ambassadors see the "light", they are very reluctant to go back to the "norm".
