      Pros

      Although my time with Roth/Ultimate was short, I grew a lot professionally! Everyone really loves by the values that Roth staffing embodies. My manager always set clear expectations and asked me what my professional goals were. We worked together on creating game plans to ensure goals and expectations were hit. The whole Tampa team are all great coworkers as well as friends! Plus the 9/80 is amazing!!!

      Seemed like they were moving more into number based than outcome base.
