Thank you for taking the time to share your insights as a former coworker at Roth Staffing. It sounds like you enjoyed the compensation packages and work location flexibility, but disappointed to learn that you didn’t align with the business development goals. We will pass along your feedback and wish you the very best in your next role.

Pros

If you do well you can move up rather quickly. If you are hunter and a go-getter you can build a practice and they will support you. Opportunity for flexible scheduling If you perform and bring in $$$ you can write your own way Solid place to start your career as a recruiter, build skills, then take them to another agency where you'll make way more money

Cons

Base pay is way below market--and bonus plan is below market too. If you want to be a recruiter you'd make more money almost everywhere else. Insane levels of micromanagment create paranoid atmosophere where you don't trust your colleagues. Employees are largely treated like children in need of constant supervision. Too many managers and too much bureaucracy--every idea or suggestion you make has to go up the chain through so many layers and it takes weeks if not months to get a reply.
