      $$$ opportunity is great - monthly top performer gifts, quarterly bonus opportunities, a nice base salary and uncapped comission. You have the tools and resources to be successful, and most likely have a high performing team. You really get what you put into this job.

      Cons

      Heavily metrics driven - it is a day to day grind to keep up with activity expectations and produce to goals. You have to work very hard to be successful in this company/industry, no exceptions!

      The company doesn’t care about you. They have all these resources to support diversity and that’s nice, but as far as work environment, leadership is horrible. The company will let you go at the drop of a needle and sometimes, no reasons are provided.
