      Great company Every other Friday off Charity/Non Profit programs Games Company culture

      Bad Manager No empathy, or relate ableism Poor communication within the team. Manager legit went MIA for a month and came back and fired people.

      I feel valued and have unlimited earning potential

      Remote, salary + commission with unlimited earning potential, benefits are offered, bonuses, you feel valued as a person and employee.

      Cons

      It’s a tough stressful role at times. Like any business development or sales position. The reward if you do well outweighs the stress. Honestly no complaints and my coworkers are happy too!
