      I'd say find somewhere better

      Pros

      Company events, teams work together, a lot of long term employees...thats about it.

      Cons

      It's way too corporate and that's coming from someone who worked at BofA for 2+ years. This place cares strictly about numbers and how much you can make them. Very clicky, if you don't fit into their "fake" smiles then they won't add you to the team. Management is fake, HR is a joke, legal is also very much a joke. You're strictly a number for them. ALSO for how much they make and how big the company is the benefits are horrible...again compared to BofA.

      Great company to work for. Company cares about clients, coworkers, and Ambassadors. Senior Leadership is very involved. Monthly bonuses. 9/80 schedule with Fridays off. Work/life balance
