      Pros

      Roth Staffing truly takes care of its employees. In addition to providing every other Friday off, my manager sincerely wants what is best for me. I've been promoted 4 times in less than 4 years. Roth doesn't care how old you are, they care about your capability and work-ethic. Roth provides reimbursements on gym membership, expense accounts, and the ability to work autonomously.

      Cons

      This is a job where you get out of it exactly what you put in. Not a place for anyone who likes to clock in, clock out, and coast.

      Pros

      Company culture and Mission, Vision, Values at Roth Staffing are second to none. My favorite value is Honesty, Ethics & Integrity guide our behaviors and decisions. This is how I have raised my kids and lived my life! Its wonderful to work for a Company where the MVV is a priority and you have the opportunity to enliven those values on a daily basis!

      Cons

      We have needed additional recruiting resources to manage the current candidate market; however, as of today, Senior Management answered our prayers and provided just that!

      Pros

      While no company is perfect, I continue to be impressed with the openness the Sr. Leadership team has for feedback. Roth makes it a point to make their coworkers #1 and everyday, I continue to see examples of this. This company is not afraid to take risk or try new ideas to make life better for the people we serve. I am truly excited to be part of such a strong organization that still believes and has passion for the people.
