      Pros

      They are customer service-centered and very transparent to clients in regards to pricing/mark up. Coworkers are all very nice and great to work with.

      Cons

      The metrics is designed as one size fits all type which works very well with some coworkers, but you won't thrive here if you are neurodivergent.
