      -Fully remote -Great pay/benefits -Good commission structure -9/80

      Cons

      -to reliant on outbound activity and not strategizing goals -fully remote (no interaction or relationship building with colleagues)

      Well run company

      Pros

      Regional manager was very supportive, cared about employees, and a great trainer. Did a great job onboarding new managers and embracing them in the culture. The company was professional, organized and was run lean without a lot of extra layers of management as I have seen with other companies.

      Cons

      Company puts to much emphasis on a high volume in kpi to the point that it was counterproductive. Too much politics between regional managers of different divisions.
