Pros

Good place to start staffing career - they offer solid PTO plan, more paid holidays than others and give you access to LinkedIn RPS, a great tool for sourcing in today’s market.

Cons

Where to start? - recruiters will treat you like their personal secretary - 6 month promotion is something they say but not something that’s actually common practice in company - no commission during this time even if you help make placements - high, hardly attainable expectations for numbers - talks about mission vision values but doesn’t live it. Not just me, but many people I’ve spoken to in my role feel this way. Then I left and joined a different company wand was paid double what I made at roth. Learn what you can then get out.

Pros

Great people and that’s about it

Cons

*update from prior review* stay away from the Roseville office they have laid off 3 people and you will work on backfilling the same roles over and over again. Save your self the headache I think it is very messed up how they are doing employees. Especially if you are seriously considering a job change in today’s Market. You have been warned!

Pros

The company genuinely cares about employees and there is a good work life balance here

Cons

The company is sacrificing their relational culture for the sake of progressing in the market and it is making it feel like every other staffing firm. New managers are bulldozing over existing work and trying to make Roth their own version of recruiting/sales instead of trying to understand the individual teams and how they operate. This use to be an exciting company to work for and now coming to work is nothing but stressful and anxiety producing.
