      Micromanager in the Midwest Directions constantly changing Busywork seems more important than actual results No autonomy to actually make decisions Experienced professionals are treated like day one employees

      Awesome Place to work

      Pros

      Roth is by far one of the best firms to work for, and I have worked for a few. The environment, the culture is one of the best. Working here I really do have work-life balance which is something you don't truly experience at most staffing agencies. It feels great to have a company who truly does look out for you and encourages you to take part in all the perks and benefits such as time off.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative, other than hard work does pay off. If you really want it, your work will show it.
