Pros

Other employees were great to work with, although they constantly required reminders and redirection.

Cons

HR department claims to be on your side when any issues occur but they really are not. They drag their feet in the hopes that you will forget about the issue you complained about. The company is very suspicious of all employees and this paranoia of theirs is unjustified. When a member of corporate would come for a visit, there was no communication, not even an introduction of who they are and they would be seen by employees lurking in the shadows taking pictures. It is against the law to take pictures of employees without their approval. I have read some of the reviews and the responses from the company are a joke. One review indicates a dislike of the company policies and the response from the company was that the company is glad they are enjoying their employment with Round 1. It was apparent that the HR person who responded did not even read what the reviewer wrote. I did enjoy working for the company and could ignore the falseness from HR and the rest of the higher ups. After all, the corporate people care only for themselves. Raises were promised but rarely materialized. A number of really dedicated employees were let go and not given a second chance, meanwhile other employees did what ever they wanted and that did not include working.
