Nepotism - my manager hired her baby daddy for all the bar hours. Immature coworkers who did not enjoy being there, fights with customers who think it’s ok because there’s a lack of security

Corporate makes rules that makes our jobs more difficult for small reasons. Some management is difficult to work with. Some employees put work on everyone else. Lots of call outs
