      Management does not take you seriously when there is a problem between employees. There is a lot of favouritism

      -Room for growth, -Easy communication with upper-management, -Many good people working in HQ

      -Reactionary, -Frequent questionable decisions make by executives (though they often do not affect workers) -Store does not have enough control to make decisions

      There were a lot of great opportunities to work between departments, learn from management, manage your own pipeline of customers for parties, and make a difference.

      Cons

      There could of been more available learning opportunities for new hires.
