Company overall does not care about anyone. I have worked for several large corporations at varying levels of experience and have never felt so undervalued in my life. They raised the associate starting wage to $15 which is awesome, but would not raise anyone else. Our Team Lead’s promotional raise was up to $15 so they made the same amount as someone walking through the door and I only made $4 more after going through 3 promotions.
