Looks fine on the outside but inside it’s a huge mess
Pros
The job itself is super easy unless it’s really busy it’s just cleaning/ stocking/ running the front counter. Of course there’s more to that but that’s the really basic explanation. All of my coworkers are super cool and chill, everyone is weird in a good way.
Cons
The management here is absolutely wack idk where they find these people from but most of them have no idea what they are doing. Nobody ever gets any training you’re just thrown into the deep end and expected to do great. My location is always full of drama it’s like high school part two. There’s never enough staff when it’s the busiest. The openers never do anything they just stand around and drool on themselves until they get to leave, then the closers have to clean up their mess and everyone else’s mess.
