Pros

The environment is very fun and everyone is smiling from playing arcade games. The managers and staff are all respectful and friendly

Cons

When it gets busy, getting a hold of managers can be difficult

Pros

As long as you get your job done you can do pretty much whatever you want otherwise, and the employees are usually pretty cool. It's also very easy to rise through the ranks, assuming there's positions available and you show initiative.

Cons

Working here feels like working in an anime as a cast member. not many people know how to communicate very well leaving employees to stand idle often, or repeating the same task as someone else. Also say goodbye to your weekends
