Experience is great

Pros

Experience is great. Every day you fix something new. Gives you a lot of knowledge of how games work and how to fix things. This also includes the bowling machines and sports center. Scheduling is very flexible if you let them know ahead of time.

Cons

Mechanics base pay is the same as any other employee. They should be getting paid more for what they do for the store. Benefits are given after 6-month reviews and are based on the review your manager gives you.
