      You can achieve your long term goals working for Round1. Having a great team of experienced managers next to you to help you through any situation.

      As a mechanic I legitimately have no cons to add.

      Pros

      I can’t speak for other departments. But I enjoyed my time at round 1. I would get 2 wage increases per year. The job is easy just the customers were bad but all other related jobs are like that.

      I wish we had more pizza parties
