      Pros

      Really and truly an amazing place to work. Everyone is extremely friendly and passionate about what they are doing. Top executives are among the best in the business. Growth is breakneck pace and that leads to many opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Due to their fast growth, the structure of the company is a little top-heavy, but this is balanced by the incredible strength of upper management.

      Rover is just fine, if I didn't have a choice I'd work here without much complaint

      Mediocre pay, long hours, a hard place to advance unless you look like a mini-me of your boss.

      -Values/Culture -People -Dogs -Stock -CMO is great! Also, the other execs are as well.

      Cons

      -Pay does not compare to companies that are similar in size and location. -Perks like quarterly home office allowance don't compare to other companies. -No mobile phone allowance when we have to use our phone for work. -Some managers have favorites.
