Pros

I have been so impressed by how the core values are incorporated in EVERYTHING. They really do show up in decision making, hiring, problem solving, reviews and conversations. I have also never met a more motivated and supportive team helping eachother to simply get work done. It's great! Great benefits, including pet benefits, fun culture, great mission to serve daily.

Cons

There are some things that still need to be built out as far as processes, but I like helping build that stuff and solving problems so it's a good challenge.
