      I love dog walking and sitting for rover because it’s flexible and doesn’t take a giant cut

      Pros

      I love working at Rover. It's a great size (not too big, not too small) and I feel as though I have the resources to do my job well without being bogged down by layers of bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Sadly, Rover isn't hiring much in my area in the US. I know folks who would be a great asset at Rover but there aren't any jobs for them.

The culture feels more individualistic than collaborative, which can make it harder to feel part of a cohesive team.
