Pros

I worked at Rover for many years, through extreme growth and most recently, through layoffs. Rover is not perfect, no company is, but at Rover you'll get to work with awesome people and learn so much. It really is a great place to work and I'd go back if the right opportunity presented itself.

Cons

Rover has had growing pains over the years, but at its core, it care about its people. That is the driving force of decision making, even if it doesn't it always seem obvious. The biggest con for me was continued career growth and the decision making style of the leadership team, which is consensus based.
