Pros

Very smart people who are also genuinely nice. Unlimited opportunity. Fast-pace, lots to learn. Good pay, great benefits. Casual environment. Dogs in the office.

Cons

Exploding out of our office space, so it's a little less than desirable. But the leadership is working to get us a new building!

Pros

An incredible opportunity to work in a new, fast-growing company providing what I believe is a vital service for dog owners. To be fair, I just began training, but I am enamored of Rover and the privilege it is to be part of the team. The onboarding process and initial days of training have been informative and engaging.

Cons

I've no cons to report.
