      Pros

      Everyone here is really sharp. They're passionate about what they do and are proud to be here. It's a great feeling and environment to be in. Very inspiring. You feel like you're a part of something big and something good.

      Cons

      I honestly have no complaints at this point. I enjoy coming to work, it's a fast paced environment that leaves me feeling productive and people here are nice. I'm still fairly new but I do feel happy to be here.

      Pros

      Rover is very intentional on the people they hire, and every person I have met here has been awesome and great to work with. Cool culture, fun events, great perks, company is growing quickly, and LOTS of dogs at the office.

      Cons

      The startup culture is not for everyone. Its fast paced and everyone is working toward building a great company. I happen to love that, but its not necessarily a 9-5.

      -Lots of opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand. -Real ownership of systems and ability to make meaningful changes. -Great people and team members. -Dogs in the office! -Well stocked break areas with snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      -Things are constantly changing because we are growing so fast. -Some things are still being worked out since we are still a startup.
