Pros

This the seventh startup I've worked for, and the leadership team is the most thoughtful and clear-minded that I've worked for yet. They have a high level of integrity, and genuinely attempt to live the company's core values. Also, the office is pretty chill...I think this is because of all the dogs in the office. It's just really hard for people to lose their cool with these adorable creatures around!

Cons

Rover is growing fast -- the business is growing and the number of people are growing. If you're a person who is uncomfortable with rapid change, you would probably not enjoy working here.

Pros

Great culture, flexible schedule, plenty of opportunities to really make a difference. Everyone cares about doing things the right way while the dogs keep everything light hearted.

Cons

The dogs can be a little distracting. Some growing pains (and opportunities) as the company transitions from start up to established business.

Pros

Hands down my favorite workplace in my career so far. The culture is refreshing, the work is fulfilling, and the office is full of dogs.

Cons

No cons observed so far.
