Pros

Really great culture and benefits. There's always a person willing to lend a hand, and they're willing to work with you and your schedule/lifestyle

Cons

As of writing this, Rover is still a start-up, so things are a little messy and all over the place. That's the only Con I can really thing of.

Pros

Excited employees that are excited and extremely happy to do their jobs. They are full of energy and it's addictive. They truly care about what they do and dogs. Great benefits package, really great.

Cons

Newer company that is extremely ambitious, and sometimes it comes off as if they are a bit discombobulated in training and delivery of content and direction.
