      - Excellent pay and benefits - Relaxed atmosphere (work hard, play hard) - Continuous growth - Unique projects (challenging but not overly difficult)

      - A few office cliques * Not experience but told * - On-site work can last months

      Good Place to work and lots of good projects to work on. Growing rapidly.

      Cons

      Projects are big and some project details get get forgotten.

      Pros

      Laid back place, but they get work done. The company has tons of people from varied career fields to chime in on any issues you may have, and they're big on "phoning a friend" for help on something. Also, lots of company paid nights out and lunches/dinners. The option to work from home now and again is awesome too.

      Cons

      They work you, but the project has to get done on time and budget, that's the name of the game if you want to stay relevant.
