Pros
Company culture is very respectful and human-centered. Unlimited personal days so long as you aren't abusing them. After 2 years you're eligible for bonuses every 6 months based on your performance and company profits. Travelling is very cushy, usually $5/hr bonus and $50+ per diem and a nice hotel, or a nice furnished apartment for extended travel.
Cons
Travel is often sprung on you with extremely little notice. This happens a LOT, even after years of requesting no out of state travel. "We need you across the country for 3 months starting on Friday." Management quality varies widely - I really like my manager, but some of them are honestly quite bad at leadership/communication. The CEO used a transphobic slur in a company wide email once, and I complained and nothing ever came of it.
