      Pros

      (RoviSys Building Technologies) The people are great, there’s plenty of opportunity. Great place to learn and grow as an engineer. The money is good as you progress. Good benefits.

      Cons

      401k matching doesn’t start to vest until a few years in. You constantly have to move as you shift projects, or accept hours of commuting through Atlanta every day if you remain stationary.

      Pros

      Diverse work environments and projects lots of room for growth and advancement if your willing to put in the work. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Hire too many unexperienced engineers out of college. The values of engineers coming out of college has changed dramatically over the past several years and management's slow response to this has resulted in high turnover rate among project engineers. Leaving Senior Engineers and Group Managers to shoulder the load of the company.
