      Pros

      RoviSys, specifically the California office, has an amazing company culture. There are plenty of rec events and clubs to participate in outside of work.

      Cons

      The work is interesting, but it can depend what projects you are assigned to. But don't be afraid to talk to your PM or GM to see if you can move around to another project.

      Experience can gain a lot of experience working for Rovisys in many different industries. Flexibility and personal time, RoviSys offers Flexibility and personal time to their employees.

      Cons

      Salary, Rovisys pay a lot less than other company to an experienced engineer. if you are walking in with experience, good luck making the money nor the bonuses. Vacation days, Rovisys are strict with their vacation days.
