Very friendly coworkers and great family vibe. Solid start for anyone entering the field of Emergency Medicine or pre medicine work.

Cons

Some outdated equipment such as gurneys.

Pros

Flexibility Over time Double Time Incentives for shifts and calls Paid Lunch Holiday parties Great EMS week Free food Reliable management Cool uniforms Free starbucks on your birthday Beds and couches to sleep on during night shift Everyone is usually nice Free pens Sometimes they accidently give you double lunch I've had a day where I was posted for 5 hours People bring pets to work (office not on rigs) Everyone likes dogs They try to get you lift assist for +250lbs

Cons

Lunch not always guaranteed Not a lot of employee parking Sometimes you get ran Call distribution isn't always even Only 10 hour shifts available Stair chairs are old style They fire people for untucked shirts so keep uniform on par
